Keating School has been selected to participate in the Capital Regional District’s
Ready Step Roll: Active School Travel Planning 2019-20 program. The program assesses current access on foot, bike, car etc. and makes recommendations for improving safe access for all. The program also encourages and enables students and their families to walk and wheel to and from school more often.
The initial step in the program is to gather data on how families come to school. Classrooms will be collecting hands-up survey data from students and we encourage you to fill out this Online Parent Survey:
Keating Ready Step Roll - School Travel SurveyWe want to know how your kids travel, their favourite routes and what street improvements you want to make it easier to walk or bike. Please answer the on-line survey by Friday, May 31 at https://surveys.crd.bc.ca/school-travel.survey. It will take less than 10 minutes to finish. Results will be shared later in the year.
If you have any questions about the survey or the Ready Step Roll program, contact Kate Berniaz at email@example.com.
Thanks for 10 minutes of your time!
