You will likely have received notice about the Saanich Online Payment System for school fees.  More information below, but I wanted to include that some have found that when they try to login, they get a message stating that there is already an account associated with their e-mail address. Most parents have reported that when they received that message they clicked on "I forgot my password" and were able to reset things and setup their account.

Importantly, we are still collecting school supply fees for this year, so please read below, set up your account, and send in your child(ren)'s school supply fee if you've yet to do so.  Please let us know if you encounter any problems other than the one described above.

Please note, the Saanich Online Payment System will be used for the school supply fee, but Hot Lunches will be ordered and paid for through it's own system run by our wonderful PAC volunteers. Information about the Hot Lunch system to follow shortly.

Saanich School District is excited to announce our new online payment system! In an effort to reduce time, money and paper waste, parents can now pay their children’s school fees securely online!

If you are a parent who has multiple children at multiple schools, they will all appear together under your online payment parent account.

With a few simple mouse clicks, you can view assessed fees, outstanding balances, and pay fees for all of your children in a single transaction. 

Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and MasterCard Debit.

Our fee management and online payment system is an easy and secure way to pay school fees from the comfort of your home or office. 

You can use the SAANICH online payment system to:

  • Pay selected school fees
  • Make fee payments for all students in your family at one time
  • View your payment history
  • View and complete online forms
  • View all your upcoming fee payments in one place
  • Print payment receipts
  • Print Student Account Statements
