South Island Literacy is excited to host the Festival of Family Literacy, an opportunity to learn about the various Family Literacy activities and events happening throughout the South Island the week of January 23-30th!
Family Literacy Week is celebrated in BC between January 23-30. 2022 and across Canada every January 27th. This is a time to raise awareness about the importance of reading and engaging the whole family in literacy-related activities and finding ways to connect through caring, playing and listening. All ages including parents, children & grandparents are encouraged to build skills in a fun way together!
