Chocolate Playdough

Mix together:

1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of cocoa
1 cup of salt
4 tsp cream of tartar

Add to the dry mixture:

2 cups of cold water
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp vanilla

Cook slowly in a pot until it gets thicker. Remove and knead on a floured surface. Smells soooo yummy!!!!
